Goodcall - This software i first heard about on tiktok and thought was so great and useful for a small business! you can hook your business phone number to this automated system where an artificial intelligence answers your phone and learns as it goes along. It can answer the call, give standard information, text back your customer with information, and much more

Dialpad - the main phone system that we use! Multiple numbers, multiple brands, automated transcription, and much more.

notion - probably the number 1 thing we use most in the business. notion is the best way to organize an entire organization and keep everyone on track. For example, we have every event listed in our notion. Inside each page has all of the pertinent information needed for completing the event that isn’t covered by a crm.

murf.ai - whenever you want to have a perfect voice recording! we use murf.ai for creating some of our videos as well as recording greetings for our phone system.

TELLA.tv - a perfect alternative to loom. you can screen record as well as video and audio of you completing a task. ADDITIONALLY, you can change branding to your aesthetic as well as use a real-time feed of your phone. it’s screen grabs on STEROIDS!

Zendesk - probably top 3 of software i use every single day of my life. zendesk is our customer support email system. Departments and individuals can manage emails from clients. super useful for solving problems and be able to keep track of additional notes.

scribehow - one of the brand new favorites! scribehow lets you install a chrome extension, complete tasks as you normally would, then it creates a step by step pdf guide for you to explain the process. absolutely essential for large teams where you need to have guides easily ACCESSIBLE for reference.

copy.ai - we get writers block plenty of times. copy.ai helps you create written content with just a couple of clicks. type in a few words describing what you are trying to convey and two clicks later you’re ready to copy and paste a blog or instagram caption.
